Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of order. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unblemished in any way.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your return will be approved if the item meets the conditions above and is deemed re-stockable & re-sellable by our team.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If your refund is approved, the amount you are refunded will be the full amount paid less shipping expense and transaction fees incurred by us.

To return your product, please contact us first at, and one of our support team with provide you with the relevant mailing address and further instruction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live and the shipping method you used to return your timepiece it may take an extended period of time for us to receive it. Please keep your tracking number, and monitor the delivery.
