What Movements Do You Use?
MECHANICAL MOVEMENT ONLY - NO QUARTZ. We pride ourselves on creating a truly unique luxury watch experience at fair prices. With that said we knew from the outset that we wanted to source the most precise and durable Automatic Movements we could. Our Chief Mission is to provide you with the best watch experience our resources will allow. For that reason, we will never utilize cheap quartz movement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our watch house you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and along with it, your tracking number and link to look up the progress of your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow another 24-48 hours to see shipping information as this is the time frame it usually takes for the tracking number to register with the carrier. You can also always track your order on our website through the "Track My Order" link in our footer menu. If it has been more than three business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you.
What can I do if the timepiece I want is sold out?
Since we stock limited quantities of each model, we may sell out quicker than anticipated. In this instance we have provided the functionality for you to pre-order the timepiece directly from the product page. When our next production round of that timepiece is complete, we will ship it to you right away. No timepiece should ever be out of stock for longer than 4-8 weeks, and there should be an indication of our anticipated completion time on the product page. If you are still having trouble, please send us an inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What kind of steel do you use?
All of our timepieces feature 316L marine grade stainless steel.
Why do you use this particular grade of steel?
We specifically chose 316L Stainless Steel for our casing by deliberate design. Because of the composition of 316L steel, it maintains an extremely high resistant to corrosion in all environments including freshwater and marine. It’s also able to tolerate high temperatures without compromise. 316L stainless steel enhances your timepiece’s durability, making it last a lifetime.
Are Coleman Collection watches water resistant?
All of our watches are 5ATM water resistant.
What does ATM actually mean?
ATM is short for "Atmospheres", which is a measurement of atmospheric pressure. So, whereas 1ATM refers to the normal pressure at sea level, 5ATM represents a level of atmospheric pressure that is 5 Times the pressure at sea level. This means that you could dive down and take any Coleman Collection watch up to 50 Meters below sea level before significant compromise. With that said, we recommend you expose your timepiece to as little water as possible when wearing one of our Italian Leather straps. However exposures of the casing to water would be fine.
How do I re-size my watch?
Resizing your strap for perfect fit is easy, and it it’s a set one time and forget system. You can find instructions on this in your timepiece manual.
Is there a warranty on Coleman Collection watches?
Yes, we offer a full 24 month limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, AND FOR FREE! As part of our commitment to provide you with the best watch buying experience possible, we have elected to take on the cost of shipping. With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our timepieces to anywhere that has an address or P.O box.

When do you ship?
We send orders out everyday. If you order before 1 PM EST, then it will ship same day. Once your product has left our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
New tracking numbers usually take up to 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, email us at email@example.com and we'll help ensure you get your package!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 90 days. Please note that items returned within 90 days will be refunded to the original payment source.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Coleman Collection website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items will be paid by you and are non-refundable.
How do I exchange or return a product?
We want you to love your product. If not, you can exchange or return it so long as:
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases on band), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 90 days of receiving your original order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or payments through PayPal and Amazon. We also accept 'Buy Now/Pay Later' capabilities such as Afterpay and Zippay (Australian customers only at this stage).
Do you accept Afterpay?
Currently we do allow Australian customers to checkout with Afterpay and utilise their Buy Now/Pay Later capabilities. You will see payment method option uring checkout. We intend to integrate similar solutions for our international customers in the near future.
How secure is this store?
At Coleman Collection we value the security of your online shopping experience so much that we have enlisted the services of one of the safest payment gateways available online. For that reason we have chosen to use Stripe merchant services which provides Military Grade Payment Protection to you for each and every payment. Stripe is certififed as a Tier 1 PCI DSS compliance gateway, with the highest level of encryption possible (128-bit encryption)
